Feeding Changes Here

Welcome. You’re likely here because feeding is feeling impossible right now.

I’m Laura Bottiglieri, an Infant Feeding Expert and Speech & Language Therapist. I work with families where feeding has reached the impossible point. Where bottle aversion has taken hold. Where feeding distress has become the pattern. Where parents feel they have exhausted their options.

When bottle feeding starts to unravel, everything unravels with it. Bottle refusals take over the day. Volume becomes the focus. Weight, sleep, and anxiety begin to circle every decision.

This process changes feeding at its core. The way a baby feeds, the way you approach the bottle, and the way trust settles between you all begin to shift together.

This feeding care is delivered online, allowing feeding to resolve wherever you are in the world.

Families choose Milk to Mealtime when they are ready for bottle aversion or bottle refusal to resolve for good.

How I can help you

Families arrive here at different points in their feeding journey. Some are looking for clarity and direction. Others are ready for deeper, focused care so feeding can truly resolve.

The care offered here reflects that. There are different ways we can work together, each shaped around what your baby can manage and what your baby’s feeding needs next.

The Feeding Breakthrough Package holds the most in-depth and transformative care.

Bottle Aversion Mini Course (Video).png

In all my years working with babies and families, one thing has remained consistent: parents are rarely given a deep enough understanding of bottle aversion to feel empowered to seek real resolution.

This free mini course is where that understanding begins. Feeding difficulties are complex. This course explores what can sit beneath bottle aversion, how a baby’s internal feeding experience shapes their response to the bottle, and how these early patterns influence feeding over time. It’s designed to help you make sense of what you’re seeing and recognise when specialist care is essential for your baby.
