Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of www.milktomealtime.com.
This website is owned and operated by Laura Bottiglieri, Speech and Language Therapist.
By using this site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that all content is for information and service provision only.

1. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, copy, logos, downloadable tools, blog posts and resources is the intellectual property of Laura Bottiglieri.
Content may not be copied, republished, or reproduced without permission & referencing.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use this site lawfully and respectfully.
Any behaviour that breaches the safety or integrity of the site or its users may result in your access being removed.

3. Bookings and Services

Milk to Mealtime offers online feeding therapy services, digital resources, live and pre-recorded masterclasses, and self-paced programmes to support families with paediatric feeding difficulties.

All therapy services are delivered online as standard. Occasional home visits may be arranged on a case-by-case basis, depending on clinical need, location, and therapist availability. Prices for home visits are determined by individual quote and confirmed prior to booking.

Free 15 minute Feeding Fit Check Calls are offered to help families understand whether Milk to Mealtime services are the right fit for their child’s needs. These short calls are informational only and do not constitute assessment, therapy, or clinical advice. Booking a Free Feeding Fit Check Call does not establish a therapeutic relationship.

Bookings are secured via the website payment page and payments processed via Stripe or PayPal and are subject to availability and clinical suitability.

4. Feeding Breakthrough Package

Total investment: £997 (payable in full or over 3 months via PayPal Pay in 3).

Includes 1 60 minute consultation and 5 30 minute therapy sessions, a full video review, personalised feeding plan, weekly message support, and tailored resources.


The package is a 3-month commitment and is non-refundable once booked and payment has begun.

Bespoke payment plans may be arranged by request only and are approved at the discretion of Milk to Mealtime.
Agreement to a bespoke payment plan is not guaranteed and must be confirmed in writing prior to the start of therapy.

5. First Step Call

Fee: £295 for one 60-minute session  (payable in full or over 3 months via PayPal Pay in 3).

Includes a written summary of recommendations.
Suitable for families who want a focused one-off consultation before deciding on further support.

If families choose to move into The Feeding Breakthrough Package, £200 will be deducted from the package price.

6. Masterclasses

Masterclasses are one-off live or pre-recorded events to support parent learning.
They are educational in nature and do not constitute individual therapy or medical advice.

Charge: £30 per masterclass.

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
Content remains the property of Milk to Mealtime and may not be recorded, republished, or shared.
Attendance does not establish a therapeutic relationship.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are collected securely via Stripe or PayPal.
The Feeding Breakthrough Package is charged at £997, payable upfront or in three monthly installments.
Payment must be received in full before therapy can begin.
It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method is valid and up to date.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Feeding Breakthrough Package

By booking, you commit to the full £997 fee, which is non-refundable due to the time, planning, and resources allocated to your case.
The full amount is payable whether paid upfront or in installments.

Ongoing support after the 3-month package is available at £200/month and can be cancelled with 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.
Refunds are not available for unused sessions.

First Step Call

This session is paid for in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, one reschedule may be arranged with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed sessions or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will not be refunded or rebooked.

9. Therapy Scope and Outcomes

Milk to Mealtime provides feeding therapy and clinical support within the scope of Speech and Language Therapy, specialism Paediatric & Neonatal Dysphagia.
Support is tailored to your child’s individual needs and based on clinical reasoning, clinical evidence base and best practice.
Outcomes vary depending on your child’s profile and consistency of implementation.
No specific result or timeline can be guaranteed.

Caregiver Responsibility
Feeding therapy is a collaborative process that relies on active participation from caregivers.
It is the responsibility of the parent or caregiver to implement strategies, follow guidance, and maintain consistency between sessions.
Failure to apply agreed recommendations may limit progress and does not constitute grounds for refund, complaint, or additional sessions.

International Clients

All therapy and consultation services are delivered remotely from the United Kingdom by a UK-registered Speech and Language Therapist.
Services are provided under UK professional standards and clinical governance.

If you are accessing sessions from outside the UK, you acknowledge that these services are provided under UK law and regulation, and that Milk to Mealtime is not registered with, or governed by, any regulatory body outside the UK.
It remains your responsibility to ensure that participation complies with local regulations in your country of residence.

10. Training, Consultancy, and Brand Collaboration

Milk to Mealtime also provides training, workshops, and consultancy services for healthcare professionals, early years settings, educational organisations, and commercial businesses and brands.

These services are educational and advisory in nature and do not constitute individual therapy, clinical supervision, or medical advice.


Training and consultancy content is based on professional expertise, evidence-informed practice, and current clinical guidelines.

​

When contracting with organisations or brands, specific terms of engagement, including project scope, deliverables, intellectual property use, and payment terms, will be outlined in a separate written agreement prior to commencement.

​

All consultancy, collaboration, or brand partnership work remains governed by UK law and professional standards.


Milk to Mealtime reserves the right to decline partnerships or training requests that are not aligned with its professional remit, ethical standards, or brand values.

11. Video and Messaging Support

Video reviews should be submitted securely via encrypted whatsapp and stored via Cliniko.
Messaging support is available Monday to Friday during working hours via WhatsApp.
Replies are typically within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Messaging support is only available to Feeding Breakthrough Package clients.

12. Use of Digital Resources and Programmes

Self-paced programmes and downloadable resources are for personal use only and may not be distributed, copied, or used outside of the purchasing household.
These tools are designed to complement clinical support and do not replace individualised therapy or diagnosis.
Access is non-refundable once granted.

13. Technology and Platforms

To ensure secure and efficient service delivery, Milk to Mealtime uses the following GDPR-compliant platforms:

  • Cliniko: secure form submissions, video uploads, client records, and document sharing.

  • Heidi Health AI: used occasionally for internal note transcription (GDPR-aware and HIPAA-compliant). No client data is stored within Heidi Health or shared externally.

  • Calendly: used to schedule sessions and manage appointment availability.

14. Data Protection and Confidentiality

Milk to Mealtime is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under registration number ZB912472.
All personal and clinical data are stored securely and handled in accordance with UK GDPR guidelines.

Information is shared only with your explicit consent or where required by law (e.g. safeguarding).
You may request access to your records, request corrections, or ask for data to be deleted in line with GDPR.

15. Insurance Cover

Milk to Mealtime holds full professional insurance through the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) brokered scheme, underwritten by Hiscox UK.

Cover includes:

  • Medical Malpractice Insurance – up to £10,000,000

  • Public Liability Insurance – up to £10,000,000

This policy provides cover for UK-based practice and incidental overseas work (worldwide excluding North America), carried out under UK jurisdiction and professional standards.
Confirmation of cover is available on request.

16. Disclaimer

All strategies and advice are grounded in clinical experience, clinical evidence base and tailored to your child’s feeding profile.
Implementation remains the responsibility of the parent or caregiver.
Advice is not a substitute for in-person medical evaluation or emergency care.

Milk to Mealtime is not liable for adverse outcomes where information has been withheld, recommendations are not followed, or resources are used outside their intended scope.

17. Professional Registration

Milk to Mealtime is led by Laura Bottiglieri, a fully qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with:

  • Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) – Registration No: SL32408

  • Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) – Membership No: RC0032846

Laura is a Highly Specialist Paediatric Feeding and Dysphagia Therapist, trained to support infants and children with feeding and swallowing difficulties from birth onwards.


She adheres to the clinical standards and ethical frameworks set out by the HCPC and RCSLT in all services.

18. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and all services provided by Milk to Mealtime, are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising from these services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
