• Feeding assessments and therapy

• Feeding pathways

• First Step Calls

• Digital products and downloadable resources

• Live and pre-recorded masterclasses

• Professional training

• Consultancy services

• Brand collaborations

Most services are delivered online.

Home visits may occasionally be offered where clinically appropriate and geographically feasible. Availability, travel requirements, and fees will be confirmed before booking.

4. Enquiries and Service Suitability

Milk to Mealtime welcomes enquiries from families seeking support with feeding and swallowing difficulties.

Information provided through enquiry forms, email, social media, WhatsApp, or other communication channels is used to determine whether services are likely to be appropriate for a child's needs.

Enquiries, email correspondence, social media messages, website communications, and WhatsApp messages do not constitute assessment, therapy, diagnosis, or clinical advice and do not establish a therapeutic relationship.

Milk to Mealtime reserves the right to decline services where a child's needs fall outside the scope of practice, where another service would be more appropriate, or where sufficient information is not available to determine suitability.

5. Bookings and Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking unless an agreed payment plan is in place.

By securing a place on any Milk to Mealtime service, pathway, consultation, programme, or package, you agree to pay the full fee associated with that service.

Where an instalment plan has been agreed, clients remain responsible for all scheduled payments, including where services are discontinued before completion.

Services will commence once the initial payment has been successfully processed.

Milk to Mealtime reserves the right to pause, reschedule, or discontinue services where payments become overdue.

Booking and payment confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Clinical consent will be obtained separately where required.

6. Feeding Pathways

Milk to Mealtime pathways are designed to provide structured therapeutic support over an agreed period.

The specific content, duration, number of sessions, level of support, and resources included are described on the relevant service page at the time of booking.

All pathway purchases are non-refundable once booked and payment has begun.

Early withdrawal from a pathway does not remove responsibility for any outstanding instalment payments.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, sessions included within a pathway should be used within the timeframe outlined at the start of therapy.

Unused sessions are not refundable.

7. First Step Call

The First Step Call is a standalone consultation designed to provide focused clinical insight and recommendations.

The fee is payable at the time of booking.

The session is non-refundable once booked.

One reschedule may be arranged with at least 24 hours' notice.

Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered used.

Where applicable, any upgrade credit offered towards another service will be outlined at the time of booking.

8. Cancellations, Refunds and Missed Appointments

All Milk to Mealtime pathways are non-refundable once therapy has commenced.

By purchasing a pathway, clients are committing to the full fee associated with that service, regardless of whether payment is made upfront or through an agreed payment plan.

Where a client chooses to discontinue therapy before completion, any outstanding payments remain payable and refunds will not be provided for unused sessions, resources, clinical preparation, video reviews, messaging support, or therapist time already allocated to the case.

For First Step Call appointments:

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered used

• Missed appointments may be considered used

• Refunds are not available for missed or unused sessions

• Unused sessions included within a pathway are non-refundable

Exceptional circumstances may be considered at the discretion of Milk to Mealtime.

Nothing within these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights where applicable under UK consumer law.

9. WhatsApp and Messaging Support

Messaging support is available only where included within a purchased service.

Messaging support is intended for brief questions relating to ongoing therapy and does not replace scheduled appointments.

Messages are monitored during working hours only.

Responses are typically provided within two working days but response times cannot be guaranteed.

Messaging support is not monitored outside working hours, during annual leave, or on public holidays.

10. Video Reviews

Many services rely on video review as part of clinical assessment and ongoing support.

It is the client's responsibility to:

• Submit requested videos within agreed timeframes

• Ensure footage clearly represents feeding concerns

• Use approved secure submission methods

Delays in providing requested footage may impact therapy timelines and recommendations.

11. Therapy Scope and Outcomes

Milk to Mealtime provides feeding therapy and clinical support within the scope of Speech and Language Therapy practice.

Recommendations are based upon:

• Clinical assessment

• Clinical reasoning

• Professional expertise

• Current evidence-informed practice

Outcomes vary between children and cannot be guaranteed.

No specific result, feeding outcome, timeline, diagnosis, or level of progress is promised.

12. Caregiver Responsibility

Feeding therapy is a collaborative process.

Parents and caregivers remain responsible for implementing agreed recommendations and maintaining consistency between sessions.

Failure to implement recommendations may limit progress and does not constitute grounds for refund, complaint, or additional sessions.

13. Emergency Medical Concerns

Milk to Mealtime does not provide emergency medical services.

If you have concerns relating to choking, breathing difficulties, aspiration concerns, dehydration, significant weight loss, acute illness, or any urgent medical issue, you should seek immediate medical attention through your GP, NHS 111, Accident and Emergency, or local emergency services.
