These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of www.milktomealtime.com. This website is owned and operated by Laura Bottiglieri, Speech and Language Therapist. By using this site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that all content is for information and service provision only.

All content on this website, including images, copy, logos, downloadable tools, and resources, is the intellectual property of Laura Bottiglieri. Content may not be copied, republished, or reproduced without permission.

Use of the Site
You agree to use this site lawfully and respectfully. Any behaviour that breaches the safety or integrity of the site or its users may result in your access being removed.

Bookings and Services
Milk to Mealtime offers online feeding therapy services, digital resources, and self-paced programmes to support families with paediatric feeding difficulties.
The current therapy package is:
Feeding Breakthrough Package

Month 1: £395

Ongoing (Months 2 and beyond): £200/month

Includes an initial assessment, one therapy session per month, message support 3x per week, video analyised, and a personalised feeding plan.

This package requires a 3-month commitment, and the full 3-month package is non-refundable once booked and paid for.

One-Off Consultation

£195 for one 60-minute session

Includes a summary of recommendations, suitable for families not ready to commit to ongoing support.

All therapy services are delivered online only. Bookings are secured via Stripe and are subject to availability and clinical suitability. Ongoing support continues monthly unless cancelled with appropriate notice.

Payments and Subscriptions
Payments are collected securely via Stripe. The first month of support is charged at a higher rate to reflect the additional setup and assessment time. After Month 1, clients are billed monthly via automated payments. Payment must be received before therapy input can begin. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information remains valid and up to date.

Cancellation and Refunds

Feeding Breakthrough Package:
Once your 3-month commitment has been booked and paid for, this fee is non-refundable. The package is designed to provide ongoing support for 3 months to ensure optimal results. You are financially responsible for the full 3-month period. After the initial 3 months, you may choose to continue on a month-to-month basis at £200/month. To cancel ongoing support after the 3-month period, 7 days' notice is required before your next billing date.
Refunds are not available for sessions missed or unused within a month. -
One-Off Consultation:
If you need to cancel or reschedule a therapy session, at least 48 hours' notice is required. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full.

Therapy Scope and Outcomes
Milk to Mealtime provides feeding therapy and clinical support within the scope of speech and language therapy. Support is tailored to your child’s individual needs, and strategies are evidence-based. However, outcomes vary depending on your child’s presentation, history, and the consistency of implementation at home. No specific result or outcome can be guaranteed.
Video and Messaging Support

Video reviews should be under 10 minutes and shared securely as directed.

Messaging support is available Monday to Friday during working hours. Response time is typically within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). The frequency of message support depends on your package.

Use of Digital Resources and Programmes
Digital tools and self-paced programmes purchased via this site are for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed. Access to these resources is non-refundable once accessed. They are intended to complement, not replace, individual therapy.

Data and Confidentiality
All client information is stored securely and handled in accordance with GDPR. Information is only shared with your consent or when legally required. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information relevant to your child’s therapy.

Disclaimer
All advice and strategies shared are intended to support feeding development but are not a substitute for in-person medical advice. Implementation of strategies remains the responsibility of the caregiver. Milk to Mealtime is not liable for outcomes where advice is not followed or where information has been withheld.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law.
