You’re here because feeding has become unbearable and you’re ready for it to resolve for good.

Families come to feeding care at different points. In some families, feeding has become difficult but would feel manageable with the right guidance. In others, feeding has become overwhelming - decisions feel loaded, worry is constant, and feeding begins to take up a disproportionate amount of daily life. And for some, feeding is both complex and overwhelming, with medical, sensory or developmental factors interacting and patterns that require sustained specialist input to resolve.

At any of these points, feeding requires expert clinical care. Resolution depends on accurate interpretation of what is driving feeding breakdown and delivering the right intervention, in the right order, at the right time for your baby.

My process is to look carefully at what your baby is showing us through their feeding behaviour and skills. This includes their cues, rhythm, coordination, sensory responses and tolerance. I then help you understand exactly what is happening with feeding and guide you through a tailored therapeutic pathway to effective feeding, safely and sustainably. This is the role of specialist feeding therapy at Milk to Mealtime. Feeding patterns are carefully reshaped, organised intake is restored, and feeding confidence is rebuilt through the Calm Bottle Method™.

Resolution takes time so I work through defined feeding pathways rather than one-off input.

The pathways below are ordered from the deepest level of care to lighter-touch options, allowing you to see which level of care best matches what feeding requires right now.
