Feeding Transforms Here
Welcome. You’re likely here because feeding is feeling impossible right now.
I’m Laura Bottiglieri, Infant Feeding Specialist and Speech & Language Therapist.
I work with families where feeding has reached the point of taking over everything, where aversion has taken hold, feeding feels fragile or distressed, and parents feel trapped in cycles of refusal, anxiety and constantly trying to get enough in.
When feeding breaks down, life starts revolving around it.
Volume becomes the focus, weight feels frightening, every feed carries pressure. Parents are left trying more bottles, more strategies, more advice, hoping something finally works and feeling that nothing ever will.
This is where the Calm Bottle Method® comes in.
The Calm Bottle Method® is a highly specialist therapeutic approach designed to identify why feeding has broken down, rebuild safety and trust within feeding, and change the trajectory of feeding for good.
This work is rooted in deep clinical assessment, therapeutic reasoning and structured intervention designed to create change that truly holds.
It is designed for babies experiencing bottle aversion whose feeding has become difficult, effortful or stressful with close therapeutic guidance that enables feeding to stabilise and move to resolution in a meaningful, sustainable way.
Feeding care is delivered online, allowing feeding to resolve within your real daily life, wherever you are in the world.
Families chose Milk to Mealtime when they know feeding can no longer continue the way it is and they are ready to fully commit to changing the trajectory for a brighter future with feeding.

How I can help you
All feeding care here is grounded in the depth of the CALM Bottle Method™.
Connection
Alignment
Learning
Mastery.
We work closely together to restore feeding connection and create full alignment between you, your baby and the bottle, allowing learning to unfold and feeding to be mastered. As your baby’s feeding capacity increases, the pressure that has understandably lived in the feeding space melts away and feeding becomes something you and your baby enjoy together.
This method is delivered through two defined feeding pathways, each providing a different depth of containment and clinical input depending on how feeding is presenting for your baby now.
